- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.

- Custom or special-order items.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Products that have been installed, used, or altered in any way.
3. Return Process

- Step 2: Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.

4. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is inspected.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
5. Damaged or Defective Items

Orders for customized or special request items cannot be canceled once placed.
